Agnes Ruth Perry Faulkner

HENDERSON - Agnes Ruth Perry Faulkner, 83, a resident of 981 Faulkner Town Road, died Saturday, May 26, 2012 at her home. She was a native of Vance County and was the daughter of the late Elbert Brinkley Perry and Etta Turner Perry. She was a member of New Sandy Creek Baptist Church where she was a member of the Ed Blue Sunday School class and was member of the former Aycock Home Demonstration Club. She was formerly employed at Americal and was the widow of Allison Russell Faulkner.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 28 at 11:00 am at New Sandy Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. Tim Burgess. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Phyllis F. Burnette and Denise F. Stevenson; both of Henderson and one son, Allison Keith Faulkner, of Henderson; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Maria Elizabeth Faulkner.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.At other times, they will be at the home.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Wes Collier, Kevin Kilgore, Russ Stevenson, Russell Stevenson, Cameron Stevenson and Matthew Todd.
In lieu of followers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Sandy Creek Baptist Church Family Life Center Fund 1699 Weldon’s Mill Road Henderson, NC 27537.
