Annie Ross Coghill

Annie Ross Coghill, age 86, a resident of 1612 Crescent Drive, died Saturday, October 30, 2010 at The Oaks Of Mayview in Raleigh, NC.Born on January 6, 1924 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. Ross, Sr. and Minnie Dunkley Ross, and was the widow of John Fuller Coghill.
Mrs. Coghill was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Keith Benze. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Becky Coghill Blaylock and husband, Gilbert, of Henderson and Nancy Coghill Jewett and husband, Bob, of Cary; three grandchildren
Whitney Brooke Jewett, Kelsey Lauren Jewett, and Ross Anderson Blaylock and wife, Abby; and one brother, George W. Ross of Henderson.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 9:30 until 11:00 am in The Parlor at the First Presbyterian Church.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Ross Blaylock, Paul Ross, Eric Ross, Henry Bryan, and Harry Bryan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association
