Annie Ayscue Satterwhite

HENDERSON- Mrs. Annie Rachel Ayscue Satterwhite, 84, of 217 Garrett Road, died Sunday, July 7, 2019 at her home.Born in Vance County on April 3, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Ira Lee Ayscue and Kitty Lou Stevenson Ayscue and the widow of William Alford Satterwhite.Mrs. Satterwhite was a homemaker and charter member of Mt. Ararat Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 2pm at Mt. Ararat Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Allen Ayscue.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Faucette and husband Howard, Kitty Faulkner and husband Maurice, and Glenda Lopez and husband Carlos; six sons, Jeff Satterwhite and wife Rose, Glenn Satterwhite and wife Teresa, Tracy Satterwhite and wife Mary, Randy Satterwhite, Dennis Satterwhite and wife Lisa, and James Satterwhite and wife Melissa; 50 grandchildren; 76 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers, John Ayscue and Jerry Ayscue; and a sister, Mary Evans.
Annie was preceded in death by two sons, Billy Satterwhite and David Satterwhite; five grandchildren, Amanda Cox, Tony Lopez, Daniel Satterwhite, David Wayne Satterwhite and Kevin Satterwhite; and five brothers, Charles Ayscue, D. W. Ayscue, James "Rooster" Ayscue, J.B. Ayscue and Robert Ayscue.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at J.M. White Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Howard Faucette, Jay Ayscue, Carlos Lopez, Eric Bates, Jr., John Stevenson, Billy Stevenson, Josh Green and Kevin Ayscue.
