LOUISBURG-Anthony Kevin Tony Fox, AKA Ice Man, a resident of Louisburg, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Born on November 2, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Eugene Fox and Margie Hazel Stone Fox, and was the widower of Betsy Rose Evans Fox. He was a Veteran ofthe United States Army serving in the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg. He was employed as the head dieselmechanic at Mangums Truck Repair and was a member of Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 pm at Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Jerry Fuller.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
He is survived by three sons, Kyle Anthony Fox and wife, Valerie and, Jonathan Thomas Fox and wife, Christina of Durham, and Jonathan Henderson of Kalamazoo, Michigan; two daughters, Jessica Roe Gouldman of Creedmoor and Crystal Hedgepeth of Henderson; two brothers, Dennis Fox of Spring Hill, Florida and Russell Fox of Kentucky; one sister, Lisa Fox Cecil of Louisville, Kentucky, and eight grandchildren.He was preceded in death by one brother, Stephen Fox.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 6 until 8 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Donald Ray, Sheb Tharrington, Dustin Gouldman, Tim Hedgepeth, Adam Roberson and Bennie Howard.
