Arthur Thomas "Robbie" Robertson, Iii

HENDERSON- Arthur Thomas “Robbie” Robertson, III, 73, of Brookhaven Place, died Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Maria Parham Health. Born October 20,1951, he was the son of the late Joyce Boone Robertson Jackson and Arthur Thomas Robertson, Jr. He retired from Carolina Quality Inc. where he was a district manager. He was a member of Freedom Life Church of God and The Salvation Army Church. Robbie was a graduate of Henderson High School, Class of 1970, as well as Louisburg College, Class of 1973 and the former Atlantic Christian College, Class of 1975. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Freedom Life Church of God by Rev. Jeff Prewer and Major Beth Mallard. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Velma Smith Robertson; his daughter, Julie Robertson Stone (Jesse) of Henderson; and two sisters, Debbie Vaughan and Jo Ann Vaughan, both of Louisburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Philip Andrew Robertson. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Freedom Life Church of God and at other times at the home, 80 Brookhaven Place, Henderson, NC 27537.
