BULLOCK-Baldwin Lee Patterson, age 52, a resident of 9209 Grassy Creek Road, died Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Duke University Medical Center.Born on September 4, 1962 in Roanoke, Virginia, he was the son of Glenn Hartwell Patterson, Sr. of Staunton, VA and the late Louise Wolfe Patterson.
Baldwin was employed with L.C. Industries of Durham.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 pm at Freedom Life Church of God by the Rev. Jeff Prewer and the Rev. Donnie Cash.Burial will follow in Meadowview Memorial Park in Granville County.
He is survived by his fiancee,Bonnie L. Brickles of the home; two daughters, Samantha P. Williamson and husband, Mark and Kristina A. Francis and husband Josh of Henderson; two sons, Stephen J. Brickles and wife, Kiara and Ray Ferrell Brickles of Oxford; one step-son, Ronald Brickles and wife Jennifer of Oxford; one step-daughter, Tammy Hommey and husband, Troy of Durham; two sisters, Charlotte P. Brown and husband, Robert of Greenville, VA and Sharon P. Lambert and husband, Dennis of Swope, VA; one brother, Glenn H. "Buddy" Patterson and wife, Michele of Staunton, VA.; fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday night from 7 until 8:30 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Steve Supernaw, Mike Brooks, Troy Furgerson, Ray Ferrell, Troy Ennis, Stephen Brickles, and Will Perkinson.
