HENDERSON-Barbara Bristow Gabriel, 70, a resident of 833 Taylors Point Lane, died Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at her home.Born on July 10, 1947 in Wilmington, Delaware, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Bristow and Hanna Lafferty Bristow.
Mrs. Gabriel was a retired Executive Assistant for the Commissioner of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.She was of the Catholic Faith.
Memorial services will be held Sunday at 2 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Will Breedlove.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Price Gabriel of the home; one daughter, Kathleen M. Dunne (James) of Savannah, Georgia; three step-daughters, Lisa Gabriel of Ewing, Virginia, Trina Jashinsky (Dan) of Delafield, Wisconsin and Lori Holmes (David) of Foley, Missouri; one sister, Marjorie B. Reynolds of Debary, Florida; three grandchildren, Lauren Dunne, Bryan Dunne, and Steven Dunne; nine step-grandchildren; and one nephew, William Reynolds.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service on Sunday at her home.
