Benjamin Eric "Ben" Floyd, age 62, a resident of 51 Horseshoe Bend Road, died Saturday June 4, 2016 at Universal Health Care in Oxford.Born on February 13, 1954 in Vance Co he was the son of the late E. H. Floyd and Melba Sturdivant FloydBen was co-owner of the former Advance Printers.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 7pm at J. M. White Funeral Home by Dr. Ronald S. Cava.
He is survived by one brother, Robert Gregory Greg Floyd and wife Teresa of Henderson.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:30 until 7pm at the J. M. White Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tar River Land Conservancy, PO Box 1161, Louisburg NC 27549.
