HENDERSON- Mr. Billy Holt Vaughan, 78, of 280 S. Beckford Drive, died Thursday, May 02, 2019 at a local nursing home.Born on April 25, 1941, in Halifax Co., he was the son of the late Rodney Holt Vaughan and Ruby Wortham Vaughan.He was retired from Sanford Milling Company and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
A graveside memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Gardens, officiated by Tom Culler.
Billy is survived by a sister, Mary Lou Anderson of Henderson.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Alice V. Burgess and a brother, Thomas Jackson Vaughan.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:15 till 11:00 AM at Sunset Gardens.
