Brenda Robinson Hawkins

Brenda Roberson Hawkins, age 62, a resident of 536 Abbott Road died Sunday, December 5, 2010, at Maria Parham Medical Center. She was a native of Vance county and was born on March 3, 1948 to the late J.B. Roberson and Ida Smith Roberson. She was medically retired from Americal. Brenda was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Hawkins wasa faithful supporter of T.B.N. { Trinity Broadcast Network).
A private service for the family and close friends will be held Thursday night at 7:00 pm at Forest Hills Baptist Church by the Rev. Ronnie Matthews and the Rev. William Wagnor.
She is survived by two sons, Robert H. Hawkins, III of Henderson and David Hawkins of Oxford; two brothers, Jimmy Roberson of Henderson and Donnie Roberson of Rolesville; three sisters, Mary Limer of Zebulon, Jackie Robertson of Henderson, and Terri Hutson of Henderson; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday night at Forest Hills Baptist Church following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her three grandchildren at 536 Abbott Road, Henderson, N. C. 27537.
