Carol Owen Wiggins Bibee

HENDERSON- Mrs. Carol Owen Wiggins Bibee, 69, of St. Andrews Church Road, died Friday, September 4, 2026 at her home. Born May 22, 1957 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Betty Lou Yarborough Owen and James Fenner Owen.

Carol retired from J.P. Taylor. She was a very active member of Eastside Baptist Church where funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. by Dr. Michael Grant and Rev. Steve Pryor. Burial will follow at Sunset Gardens Cemetery.

Carol is survived by her husband, Roger Bibee of the home; two sons, Stevie Joe Wiggins (Lucy) and Donnie Ray Wiggins, Jr. (Autumn); 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; her son-in-law Gene Reavis; and her brother, Roger Fenner Owen (Vicky).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Donnie Ray Wiggins, Sr. and her daughter, Angel Wiggins Reavis.

Serving as pallbearers will be Roger Owen, Jr., Lee Wiggins, Chuck Wiggins, Brad Wiggins, Garrett Worthington and Cameron Hedgepeth.

The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Eastside Baptist Church and at other times at the home.
