HENDERSON- Carol Marie Rivers Robertson, age 59, a resident of 874 Van Dyke Rd. died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.Born on March 13, 1954 in Richmond, VA she was the daughter of the late Thomas Harris and Lorraine Ranger Brisebois Harris.She was a clerk for the NC Department of Corrections and worked at Warren County Correctional Facility and was a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 6:00 PM at Forest Hills Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Ronnie Matthews.
Mrs. Robertson is survived by two sons, Eddie Norris of Henderson and Patrick Robertson of the home; two sisters, Rachel Trogdon of Coats and Patricia Greenhill of Mebane; a brother, Bobby Johnson of Durham; ten grandchildren; two step-sons, Ronnie Robertson of Delaware and Clay Robertson of Hopewell, VA and 5 step- great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the home, 874 Van Dyke Rd. Henderson, NC 27537.
