Charles Owen Pulley

CARY- Charles Owen Pulley, 82, a resident of Cary died Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Transitions Lifecare in Raleigh. Born July 19, 1941, he was the son of the late William Owen Pulley and Rachel Hunt Pulley. Charles was a graduate of Zeb Vance High School and East Carolina University with a Masters in Math. He worked for IBM until his retirement. He loved traveling, dancing and good times with friends and family. Charles is survived by two daughters, Kristy Pulley of Clayton and Kelly Pulley Curley (Christopher) of Durham; two nieces, Holly and Casey and cousins, Brenda Bob, George, Page, and Judy; special friends Clyde "Bo" and Mildred Pulley and Dwight and Jane Fraizer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Roy Glen Pulley; and four special aunts, Lena, Coralee, Margaret and Emily. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Union Chapel Church in Kittrell, by the Reverend Radford Fraizer.
