Charles Mitchell Roberson

HENDERSON- Charles Mitchell Roberson, 80, of Arrowhead Lane, died Sunday, December 25, 2022 at Maria Parham Health. Born October 24, 1942, in Vance County, he was the son of the late Danny Roberson and Viola Floyd Roberson. He retired from NTL Boilermakers where he worked as welder. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home by Rev. Calvin Hedgepeth. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Faye Edwards Roberson of the home; two sons, Scott Roberson and wife, Debbie of Franklinton and Terry W. Roberson and wife, Teresa of Henderson; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carole R. Newton and husband, Eddie, of Henderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Falkner; a son, Charles Michael Reavis and a step-son, Michael Eugene Ellis. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday at J.M. White Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM and at other times they will be at the home, 180 Arrowhead Lane, Henderson, NC 27537. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
