Charles Henry Woodlief, Jr.

KITTRELL- Charles Henry Woodlief, Jr., 75 of US Hwy 1 South, died Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at a local nursing home. Born July 5, 1947, he was the son of the late Estelle Ball Woodlief and Charles Henry Woodlief, Sr. He graduated from NC State University in 1969 with a BS in Agriculture and Life Sciences and went on to own his own farm where he raised cattle and grew tobacco. He was a member of Union Chapel United Methodist Church. As an avid hunter and sportsman, he enjoyed traveling the world on hunting trips. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Union Chapel United Methodist Church by Rev. Radford Frazier. Charles was an only child and is survived by his cousins. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Union Chapel United Methodist Church, C/O Robert McGhee, 6479 Raleigh Road, Kittrell, NC 27544.
