HENDERSON- Charlotte Ann Roberson Hedgepeth, 85, of Parham Road, died Sunday, March 21, 2021 at her daughter’s home.Born in Franklin County on May 18, 1935, she was the daughter of the late David Lee Roberson and Mary Tucker Roberson and was the widow of Joseph Daniel Hedgepeth.She retired from the Vance County School System where she worked at Henderson Middle School in the cafeteria.She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church where she served on the Vestry and was on the Alter Guild.A private service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Hedgepeth is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Faye Hedgepeth; her brother, Jerry Tucker; two grandsons, Daniel Woodlief and Junior Koumaple; and a special nephew who she considered a grandson, Jeremy Tucker (Cece) and their children, Charlotte Presley Elizabeth Tucker and William Leahy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Maria Upchurch Parrish and a brother, Larry Tucker.
