HENDERSON-Christopher Thomas Tucker, 54, a resident of 513 Mason Street, died Sunday, April 24, 2016, at his home.Born on July 24, 1961 in Vance County, he was the son of Christine Robertson Tucker of the home and the late Thomas Tucker.Christopher was formerly employed with the former Harriett & Henderson Yarns, Inc., and was a member of South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 6 pm at South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Christopher S. Tucker and wife, Erica and Brandon T. Tucker of Henderson; one sister, Charlotte Tucker of Henderson; and one brother, Keith Tucker of Henderson.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church.At other times they will be at the home of Charlotte Tucker at 513 Mason Street.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness ChurchBuilding Fund, 905 Americal Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
