Clifton Hunter Ellington

HENDERSON- Clifton Hunter "Binky" Ellington, 79, of Stewart Farm Road, died Friday, September 24, 2021 at his home. Born in Vance County, he was the son of the late James T. Ellington and Alma Vaughan Ellington and widower of Rosa Lee Ellington.He retired from E & E Farm Equipment where he was the parts manager. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home by Rev. Johnny Yount. He is survived by two daughters, Pam Moss and Amanda Norwood, both of Henderson; two step daughters, Cindy Hamm and Tammy Hughes of Henderson; two step sons, Jack Boyd of New York and Sammy Perry of Henderson; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren; a brother, Wayne Ellington; four sisters, Mary Frances Harris, Betty Lou Peoples, Felice Short, all of Henderson and Carolyn Renn of VA. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Shannon Ellington; a step daughter, Lisa Bolton; and two brothers, Jimmy Ellington and Mike Ellington. The family will receive friends following the service on Wednesday at J.M. White Funeral Home.
