CLYDE W. WILSON
HENDERSON-Clyde Warren Wilson, age 37, a resident of 9705 Hwy. 39 N, died Saturday night from injuries received in a motorcycle accident.Born on April 12, 1973 in Vance County, he was the son of Wanda Gail Reid of Henderson and the late Bobby Lane Wilson, Sr.
He was a member of Tungsten Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 7:30 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Sam Brewer.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-father, John Perry Reid of Henderson, one son, Joshua Riggan of Henderson; two sisters, Angela W. Matthews and Susan W. Nutt of Henderson; and one brother, Bobby Lane Wilson, Jr. of Henderson.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home of his mother at 161 Kings Road, off Hwy. 39 N.
Serving as pall bearers will be Donald Anthony, Jr., Lawrence Keeton, Jr., Michael Keeton, Bryan Williamson, Joseph Pittman, Ralph Wester, Kevin Fisher, and Carl Fisher.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Joshua Riggan College Fund, c/o Angela W. Matthews, 9705 NC Hwy. 39 N, Henderson, N. C.27537.
Arrangements are by J. M. White Funeral Home.
