Cove Lee Hayes

HENDERSON- Cove Lee Hayes, infant son of Riley Jean Davis and Joe Lee Hayes, Jr. of Henderson, was born and passed away December 12, 2022 at Duke University Hospital. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Samantha Rogers Davis of Louisburg; his paternal grandparents, Joe Lee Hayes, Sr. and Regina Grissom Hayes of Henderson; his aunts, Kelsey Davis, Hailey Davis, and Courtney Tyler Hayes; his uncles, Bryce Evans, Gannon Lee Hayes and Aaron Lee Hayes; his great-grandmother, Jean Sams of Henderson; and cousins, Bryleigh Anne Evans, Mila Rose Evans, Ganden Bryce Evans, Bryce Dean Evans, Jr. and Avery James Mitchell. He was preceded in death by a great-great grandmother, Bobbie Jean Driver; and great grandparents, James Britt Sams, Sr., Marie Robertson Hayes and Robin Jean O’Neal.
