ROXBORO-Craig Edward Davis, Sr., 42, a resident of Roxboro, died Thursday, November 14, 2019 at UNC Hospital.Born in Baltimore, MD on August 19, 1977, he was the son of the late Allen Davis and Mary Katherine Dunn Long.Craig attended Calvary Baptist Church in Roxboro.
A memorial service will be held Thursday November 21, 2019 at 7 pm in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home by the Rev. Jeff Prewer.
He is survived by three sons, Allen Davis, Craig Davis, Jr., and Josh Davis, all of Henderson; girlfriend, Jessie Gregory of the home; two brothers, Jacob Davis of Henderson, Richard M. Long, Jr, of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Tynna Marie Long of Baltimore, MD; stepfather, Richard M. Long, Sr.(Tammy) of Henderson; and aunt, Donna Ayscue of Sneads Ferry.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Sergent Davis; and grandmother, Jane Arnold.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday from 5:30 until 7 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home, and Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 5 until at Deep South Tattoo, 626 Corbitt Road, Henderson, NC in remembrance of Craig.
