Dale Weatherington Ramsey

HENDERSON-Dale Rae Weatherington Ramsey, age 63, a resident of 704 Murphy Road, died Friday, May 9, 2014 at Duke Medical Center.Born on June 5, 1950 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Ray Weatherington and Anne Bradshaw Weatherington.
She was employed as the Office Manager at Century 21 Hancock Properties, and attended South Henderson Church of God.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2 pm at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Gary Harper.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Maryland "Bucky" Ramsey of the home; one daughter, Lisa Ramsey of Henderson; one son, Brian Ramsey and wife, Christy of Henderson; one grandson, Austin Ramsey; one sister, Barbara W. Knight of Kittrell; and one brother, Brad Weatherington of Henderson.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 12:30 until l:45 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will receive friends at the home at 704 Murphy Road.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Travis Knight, Chris Knight, James Lilley, Bill Lilley, Lester Knight, Mike Blount, and David Weatherington.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Dale Weatherington Ramsey Scholarship Fund, Vance Granville Community College, c/o Century 21 Hancock Properties, PO Box281, Oxford, NC27565.
