David Lynn Brummitt

David Lynn Brummitt, age 45, a resident of Peter Gill Road, died Thursday, April 7, 2016 after a brief illness.Born in Sanford on February 12, 1971, he was the son of Robert Garland Bobby Brummitt and Jackie Arrington Brummitt. David was a graduate of Louisburg College and was formerly employed as a Supervisor at the Walmart Distribution Center.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 7:30 pm in the J. M. White Funeral Home by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Jasmine Grace Brummitt and one son, Sampson Levi Brummitt both of Henderson; one sister Gina Dianne Brummitt of Baltimore, MD; one brother, Michael Robert Brummitt of Henderson; two nephews, Dustin Blake Brummitt and Joshua Lee Griffin.
The family will receive friends Monday night prior to the service from 6:00 until 7:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home of Michael Brummitt at 1940 Bearpond Road.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church Youth Fund, 905 Americal Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
