Deanor Perry Pearce

Deanor Perry Pearce, 94, of Rock Mill Road, died Friday, April 1, 2022 at Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born October 22, 1927 in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Annie Jeffreys Perry and Charlie Kearney Perry and was the widow of Joseph Valentine Pearce. She was a former member of the Jehovah’s Witness Church. A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, April 4, 2022, at 12:00 noon at Sunset Gardens by Rev. Johnny Yount. She is survived by her son, Danny Pearce and wife Jenny of Las Vegas, NV; one grandson, Jason Pearce; five greatgrandchildren, Nathan Pearce, Avery Pearce, Hunter Pearce, Lyric Pearce, and Lionel Pearce; one sister Ella Sue P. Beddingfield of Wake Forest; and one brother Charlie K. Perry, Jr. of Warrenton. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son Eddie Pearce; and one granddaughter, Maria Pearce. The family will receive friends prior to the service at Sunset gardens from 11:30 until 12:00.
