HENDERSON- Dennis James Boone, age 55, a resident of 1045 Eastern Blvd., Henderson, 27536, died January 18, 2013 at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh.Born on June 21, 1957 in Amarella, Texas he was the son of Mary Kittrell Boone Parrish and the late James Clarence Boone.Mr. Boone was a former employee of Matthew Painting Company and was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the J.M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Aubrey Florence.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter, Ashley Denise Boone, and a son Keith Reid Boone; two brothers, Eugene Parrish and wife Gidget and Tony Boone all of Henderson; a grandson, Noah Keith Tucker; and his step-father, Furman Parrish of Henderson.
In addition to his father, Mr. Boone was preceded in death by a daughter, Keisha Ann Boone and a son, Jamie Boone;a sister, Denise Harp; and a brother Larry Boone.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7:00 PM till 8:30PM at J.M. White Funeral Home, at other times they will be at the home, 1045 Eastern Blvd. Henderson, NC 27536.
Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Harp, Daniel Parrish, Timmy Parrish, Robert Roberson, and Al Bolton.
