HENDERSON-Diane Edwards Hendrick, 64, a resident of 3780 Warrenton Road, died Friday, March 10, 2017, at her home.Born on December 20, 1952 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Patricia Myers Edwards of Creedmoor and the late Willard Edwards.
Diane was retired from Butner Public Safety.She was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church, The American Paint Horse Association and the Central Carolina Western Horse Association.
Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 am at Cokesbury United Methodist Church by Dr. Gene Wood.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Maurice Wayne Hendrick of the home; three sons, Rodney Surratt (Tonya Hearin) of Lawrenceville, GA, Davy Surratt of Roxboro, and Garrell Shaun Surratt ofHenderson; one sister, Janice McStoots of Creedmoor; one brother, Lee Edwards of Creedmoor; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday night from 7 until 8:30 PM at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home.
