Diane Mari Krohn, age 45, a resident of Alexandria, Virginia, died Monday,January 31, 2011, at Duke University Medical Center.Born on July 13, 1965 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Mary Jane McAuliffe Krohn of Alexandria, Virginia and the late Virgil Leroy Krohn.
A private memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church in Henderson, NC by Father William Upah.A private burial will be held later by the family.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by four sisters, Beth A. Coffel of Henderson, NC, Kathy J. Blair of Raleigh, NC, Valerie L. Hellwig of Northville, Michigan, and Cindy Smith of Hernando, Florida; two brothers, Thomas E. Krohn of San Leandro, California, and Terry L. Krohn of Fairfax, Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews; and a great niece; and a great nephew.
Arrangements are by J. M. White Funeral Home of Henderson, NC.
