HENDERSON- Dianne MacQueen Sutton Brown, 91, of West Parkview Drive, passed away peacefully, in her sleep, Monday, November 24, 2025 at The Bridges on Parkview. Born August 16, 1934 in Washington DC, she was the daughter of the late Lucile MacQueen Duff and was the widower of Reginald Kenneth Brown, Jr. Dianne retired from the Department of Defense where she was an administrative assistant. She was a talented singer who loved music. In her later years she enjoyed her time at The Bridges on Parkview with her friends, “The Golden Girls.” Among the many activities they enjoyed together, bingo was one of Dianne’s favorites.
To honor her wishes, no services are planned.
Dianne is survived by three daughters, Laura Brown of Raleigh, Karen Brown of Timberlake, and Debra Rubin of Queenstown, MD; two sons, Michael Brown and wife, Pam Breece of Oak Ridge; and John Brown of Hampstead; six grandsons, Scott Miller, Kenny Miller, Colin Brown, Logan Brown, Ian Brown and Evan Brown; several great-grandchildren; her sister, Maureen Wade of Bowie, MD; a niece, Allison Beckham and a nephew, Sean Wade.
