Donald "Donnie" Ray Brown Adams

Donald Ray “Donnie” Brown Adams, 57, of Cinnebar Court, died Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Maria Parham Health. Born January 21, 1965 in Hawaii, he was the son of the late Aline Thompson Adams and Jimmy Gordan Adams. He was a Veteran of the Unites States Army. A memorial service with military honors will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home officiated by Gary Tillotson. Donnie is survived by his wife, Tracy Johnston Adams of the home; two daughters, Robin Matthews and Caitlyn Matthews, both of Henderson; four sons, Alex Adams of Greensboro, Joshua Adams of Newport, Jonathan Adams (Nichole) of Hubert, and C.J. Heatherly of Hubert; a sister, Edie Adams Cantagallo of Lakewort, FL; a brother, Jimmy Gordon “Jay” Adams, Jr. (Jennie) of Henderson; nieces, Leanne Adams and Felicia Cantagallo; and nephews, Jimmy Gordan “Trey” Adams, III., Joseph Cantagallo and Robert Cantagallo. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Amber Lynne Adams. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 3:00 PM at J.M. White Funeral Home and at other times at the home, 29 S. Cinnebar Court, Henderson, NC 27537.
