HENDERSON- Donald Ray "Dee" Pearce, Jr., 41, of J.P. Taylor Road, died Monday, July 5, 2021 at Duke Medical Pavilion.Born January 5, 1980 he was the son of the late Donald Ray Pearce, Sr. and Brenda Dickerson Williams and step father Timothy Williams of Henderson.He was the owner of Pearce Home Improvement.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home by Rev. Ricky Easter.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
In addition to his mother, Dee is survived by a daughter, Summer Pearce of Henderson; two sons, Donald Ray Pearce, III and Joshua Pearce, both of Henderson; four sisters, Brandy Sanjuan (Luis), Jessica Chavez, Shannon Harrell (Chris) and Leigh Ann Pearce Gleason (Jeremy), all of Henderson; a brother, Jake Gilliam of Henderson; grandmother, Glenda Ruth Dickerson; and his girlfriend, Shannon Abbott of Creedmoor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward Pearce Sr., Thelma Pearce and Charles Dickerson; and one uncle Lemont Pearce.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00pm until 7:30pm at J.M. White Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Brandy Sanjuan, 500 J.P. Taylor Road, Lot 56, Henderson, NC 27537.
Serving as pallbearers will be Joshua Pearce, Donald Pearce, III, Jake Gilliam, Tony Coles, Chris Carter, Billy Lawson, Luis Sanjuan and Tim Williams.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to J.M. White Funeral Home, 60 Zeb Robinson Road, Henderson, NC, 27536 for the Donald R. Pearce, Jr. Fund.
