Dorsey Fleming "Bill" Hart , Jr.

HENDERSON- Dorsey Fleming “Bill” Hart, Jr., 84, of Dabney Road, died Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Maria Parham Health. Born in Vance County on April 11, 1938, he was the son of the late Dorsey F. Hart and Chloe Parrott Hart. Bill was an exceptional tennis player and taught lessons to many over the years. He loved tennis and continued playing until recent. Bill is survived by his sisters, Patricia Hart House and Sophia Hart Jackson, several cousins, and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his sister Chloe Hart Ireland. A private ceremony will be held in Bill’s honor at a later date.
