Dr. Charles Anderson Stutz Jr.

HENDERSON – Dr. Charles Anderson Stutz, Jr. of Oliver Dr., died Friday, April 11, 2025 in Durham, NC. Born August, 13, 1937 in Monmouth, NJ. He was the son of the late Kathlyn Taylor Voorhees Stutz and Charles A. Stutz, Sr. He was a veteran of the United States Marines. Dr. Stutz was the owner of the former Henderson Small Animal Hospital. He graduated from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg Virginia and from the University of Georgia Veterinarian School in Athens Georgia where he received his Doctorate in Veterinarian Medicine. He is survived by two sisters-in-law, Cindy Stutz, of Clarksville, Va, and Ruth Stutz, of Deland, Fl.; three nephews, James Stutz, John Stutz, and Joseph Stutz; and two nieces, Kathlin Marie Stutz, and Cheryl Stutz. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Blair Stutz and Gordon Stutz. No services are planned at this time.
