Edna Webb Harris

Edna Ruth Webb Harris, 75, a resident of Coble Blvd. died Friday, July 7, 2023 at Maria Parham Health. Born on October 11, 1947 in Edgecombe County, she was the daughter of the late James Webb and Emily Reason Webb. Mrs. Harris was retired from the NC Department of Corrections where she was a prison guard in Bunn. A private service will be held at a later date. She is survived by one son, David Miller (Laurie) of Kittrell; two daughters, Michelle M. Smith (Alvin) of Ozark, Alabama and Cathy M. Sizemore (Keith) of Ringgold, Georgia; one son, James Fennell (Angel) of Virginia; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and two sisters, Sue W. Pilgreen (Hal) of Winterville, NC and Lynn W. Harrell (Bill) of Crisp, NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Rebecca Harrell.
