Edna Short Hill

HENDERSON- Edna Earl Short Hill, 86, formerly of the Cokesbury Community, died Sunday, December 17, 2023 at a local nursing home. Born October 6, 1937 in Warren County, she was the daughter of the late Aliene May Roberson Short and Johnnie Robert Short. She was a homemaker. A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 5:30 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. at J.M. White Funeral Home. Edna is survived by a daughter, Sandra Vaughan Floyd of Henderson; two sons, Elton Eugene Fields (Marie) and Phillip Andrew Hill, both of Warren County; three grandchildren, Zachary Quinton Fields, Kallisto Constance Hill and Celeste Cierra Hill; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Johnnie Robert Allen Short of Henderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Elton Leon Short.
