Elaine S. Sibbersen

Elaine Rose Szmania Sibbersen, 76, died Monday April 9, 2018 in a local nursing home. Born March 2, 1942 in Lucas County OH, she was the daughter of the late Aloysias Szmania and Virginia Janas Szmania. Elaine was an active member of St. James Catholic Church where a memorial service will be Friday April 13, 2018 at 10:00 am by Father John Gillespie. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.
Elaine is survived by her sister Marcia S. Rogers of Statham GA.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Sibbersen.
The family will receive friends following the service in the Church Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park #10, Raleigh, NC 27615.
