Elva Mangum

Elva Pearl Wiggins Fuller Mangum, age 93, a resident of Concordia Nursing and Rehabilitation, died Friday, July 27, 2018.Born on March 16, 1925 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late William Ernest Wiggins, Sr. and Glather Davis Wiggins, and was the widow of George Edison Slick Fuller.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 11:00 am at Sunset Gardens by the Rev.
Allen Ayscue.
She is survived by one daughter, Faye F. Norwood of Henderson; two grandchildren, Jamie Norwood (Donna) and Bill Norwood (Michelle) of Henderson; four great grandsons, Bryant, Chris, Brandon, and Michael; and one sister, Mary Libby Mangum of Henderson.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Diane Fuller; and one brother William E. Bro Wiggins.
The family will receive friends Sunday night from 6 until 8 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home of Faye Norwood, 539 S. Cooper Drive.
