HENDERSON-Evelyn Beal Jackson, 86. a resident of 391 Rose Lane, in the Middleburg Community, died Sunday, June 04, 2017, at Maria Parham Health.Born on May 18, 1931 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Beal, Sr. and Mary Frances Short Beal.Evelyn was a homemaker.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 3 pm at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Will Breedlove.
She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Fuller (Scott) of Middleburg; one son, Jimmy Faulkner (Brenda) of Middleburg; four step-children; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three brothers, Bruce Beal of Henderson, John Beal of Richmond, VA, and Frank Beal of Mechanicsville, VA; four sisters, Bessie Wortham, Betty Hope, June Overby, and Mary Ann Allison all of Henderson; one sister-in-law, Susie Beal of Henderson; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Frank Benedict. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest R. Jackson, Sr.; one daughter, Gloria Faulkner; and one brother, Lewis Beal, Jr.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Sunset Gardens.At other times they will be at her home.
