Ferebee Mcghee Woodruff

HENDERSON-Ferebee McGhee Woodruff, 77, a resident of 4005 Satterwhite Point Road, died Saturday, July 14, 2018, at her home.Born in Vance County on March 21, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Brummitt McGhee and Margaret Edwards McGhee.Mrs. Woodruff was a homemaker and a member of South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church where she sang in the choir and was a member of All Gods Children Ministry.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 pm at South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
She is survived by her husband, Waverly Donald "Don" Woodruff of the home; two daughters, Spring W. Tucker and husband, Eddie and Cindy W. Lloyd and husband, Tim all of Henderson; two grandchildren, Morgan Lloyd of Garner and Nicholas Tucker of Henderson; and one brother, Tony McGhee of Raleigh.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 1:30 until 3 pm at South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church.At other times they will be at the home.
Serving as pall bearers will be Anthony McGhee, Bill Lloyd, Greg Jones, Steve Pernell, Harold Ranes, Dennie Ray Peoples, Ronnie Lassiter, Kenneth Bowden and Art Patterson.
