Frances Barham Williamson

HENDERSON- Frances Barham Williamson, 73, of Flannagan Road, died Monday, April 11, 2022 at Maria Parham Health. Born May 18, 1948 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Dally Barham and Clara Dickerson Barham. She was a member of Island Creek Baptist Church where she served on the Hospitality Committee and was a member of the Hassie Clarke Sunday School Class. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at Island Creek Baptist Church by Rev. Johnny Yount. Burial will follow in the Williamson Family Cemetery. Frances is survived by her husband of 43 years, John Henry Williamson; her daughter, Robin L. Ivey of Henderson; three granddaughters, Kristen Robinson, Ashley Ivey and Jami Ivey; two grandsons, Andrew Ivey and Zack Ivey; and two great grandchildren, Dawson Robinson and Maverick Holt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Edward Ivey, II and a brother, Leon Braham. The family will receive friends prior to the service in the fellowship hall of Island Creek Baptist Church from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM; at other times they will be at the home. Serving as pallbearers will be Red Smith, Dennis Boone, Justin Pendergrass, David Williamson, Mark Williamson, Blake Arrington, Coleman Wiesner, Zack Ivey and Jim Cantrell.
