HENDERSON- Frank Ford Hicks, III, 56, of Community House Road, died Monday, March 23, 2020 at Maria Parham Health.Born in Franklin County on September 17, 1963, he was the son of the late Frank Ford Hicks, Jr. and Mary Helen Prewer Hicks.He was employed as an HVAC technician with Larry's Service Company.Frank was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed spending time with family and his grandchildren.
Due to COVID- 19 restrictions, a private graveside service will be held Friday, March 27, 2020 at 2:00pm in Sunset Gardens by Rev. Jeff Prewer.
He is survived by his daughter, Randall Hicks and wife Kristen of Oxford, four sons, Brantley Hicks and Heather Boyd, Tim Roberson and Hayley Tyler, Blake Hicks and Austin Hicks, all of Henderson; five grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Hunt; one brother, Sammy Hicks and wife Regina; and the mothers of his children, Kelly Roberson and Crystal Roberson.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Hicks and his sister, Faye Champion.
The family will receive friends at the home of Randall Hicks, 7603 Hwy 96, Oxford, NC 27565.
