HENDERSON- Fredrick Howard Fred Richardson, age 61,a resident of 14009 Hwy 39N in Townsville, died Saturday, June 9, 2012.Born on March 10, 1951 in Townsville, he was the son of the late Kenneth Howard Richardson and Virginia Coghill Richardson. He graduated from Bluestone High School in Virginia and was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church.He was retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation where he worked as a supervisor.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Tabernacle United Methodist Church by Rev. Mark Clark, burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Eloise Harris Richardson of the home; and two daughters, Emily Richardson and Mindy Richardson Nemargut both of Wilmington.He was preceded in death by a sister, J.B. Moody.
The family will receive friends following the service on Wednesday at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Townsville.At other times the family will be at the home of Anna Walker, 80 Rice Road.
