Gary Montgomery Finch

HENDERSON- Gary Montgomery Finch, 68, of Lynne Avenue, died Friday, November 14, 2025 at Maria Parham Health. Born June 18, 1957 in Virginia Beach, VA, he was the son of the late Ethel Blanks Finch and Charles Thomas Finch, Sr. Gary loved his family and was an avid sports fan. He will be fondly remembered as a jovial prankster with a bright smile.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Sunset Gardens by Rev. Will Breedlove.

Gary is survived by his wife, Kay Wagoner Finch of the home; his daughter, Amanda Elizabeth Finch of Henderson; his sister, Sandra Finch West and husband, Larry of Henderson; three nephews, Michael Marsalone, Paul Thomas Marsalone and Steven Brame; and his mother-in-law, Barbara Wagoner of the home.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Thomas Finch, Jr.

The family will receive friends following the service at Sunset Gardens and at other times at the home.
