MANSON- Mrs. Geraldine Tucker Bell, age 81, a resident of 636 Manson Drewry Rd., went home to be with the Lord Monday, September 12, 2016 at her home.Born in Vance County on November 15, 1934 she was the daughter of the late James Washington Tucker and Vergie Hicks Tucker.She was retired from AAA Gas Company where she worked as an office manager.Mrs. Bell was a member of Gardners Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 PM in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home conducted by Pastor Blake Jackson.Burial will follow in Gardners Baptist Church Cemetery in Warren County.
She is survived by her son, Randy Curtis and wife Frances of Drewry; three daughters, Dawn C. Coleman and husband Glenn of Inez, Wendy C. Kong and husband Kimo of Cary, and Edith Rose C. Hurdle and husband Eddie of Winston Salem; eight grandchildren, Mary Randall McMillan and husband Marty, Cameron Curtis and wife Jessie, Lindsay C. Lail, Will Coleman and wife Heather, Taylor E. Miron and husband Jarrod, Travis Kong, Gray Hurdle and Hampton Hurdle; four great-grandchildren, Meagan McMillan, Payton McMillan, Leah Curtis and Brodie Curtis; two sisters, Mary Lou West and husband Paul of Elma, WA and Judy Melton and husband Bobby of Lacrosse, VA; and a sister-in-law, Amy Tucker of Lakeland, FL.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, C.B. Curtis, Jr., Robert Payne, and Bruce Bell; and a brother, William H. Tucker.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday at J.M. White Funeral Home from 1:00 till 2:30 PM.At other times they will be at the home, 636 Manson Drewry Rd, Manson, NC.
