Helen Culver Casto

BULLOCK-Mrs. Helen Charolette Culver Casto, 95, a resident of Deer Hollow Road, died Monday, November 8, 2021 at her home. Born on September 10, 1926 in Pleasantville, New Jersey she was the daughter of the late Elmer Culver and Ina Burroughs Culver, and was the widow of Joseph Casto, Sr. Mrs. Casto was retired from Roses Stores, Inc., and was a member of Central Baptist Church. A private service will be held by the family. She is survived by two sons, Joseph Casto, Jr. (Susan) of Gillburg and Elmer “Moe” Casto (Frances) of Bullock; eight grandchildren, Joy Lucente (David), Jessica Lowery, Jennifer Doherty, Sheree Harris, Kristy Granger (Cabe), Wendy Palasak, D. J. Casto (Morgan), and Chris Fowler; 15 great grandchildren; and one son-in-law Donald “Rudy” Moody of Tennessee. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Joyce Moody; one sister Ina Swasey; two brothers, Elmer Culver, Jr. and Frank Culver; and one grandson-in-law Mike Harris.
