Helen Faye Hicks Champion, 51, a resident of 353 Southall Street, died Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Maria Parham Health.Born on May 22, 1966 in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Frank Ford Hicks, Jr. and Mary Helen Prewer Hicks.
She attended Victory Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends and family to celebrate her life from 6 pm till 8 pm on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the home of Sammy Hicks, 185 Gun Club Road, Henderson.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Wayne Champion of the home; one son, Larry Wayne Champion, Jr. and wife, Jennifer, of Henderson; three grandchildren, Jaquinaisha Thomas, Justin Wayne Champion, and Jordan Lee Champion; two brothers, Sammy Douglas Hicks and Frank Ford Hicks, III all of Henderson; and one sister, Margaret Jo Hunt of Henderson.She was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Lee Hicks.
