OXFORD-Hester Frances Williams Cesler, 85, a former resident of Kittrell, died Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Brantwood Nursing Center.Born on August 22, 1933 in Norfolk, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Harry Williams, Sr. and Lucy Johnson Williams, and was the widow of Gordon Thomas Cesler, Jr.
A private service will be held for the family in Lunenburg, Va.
She is survived by four daughters, Cindy Williams of Chesapeake, Virginia, Connie T. Forehand (Ralph) of Lunenburg, Virginia, Linda T. Cockrill (Brock) of Chesapeake, Virginia, and Wanda T. Davis (Billy) of Portsmouth, Virginia; two sons. George Todd of Chesapeake, Virginia and Aron Todd (Lisa) of Kittrell; and thirteen grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Calvin James Todd; one brother, Harry; and two sisters, Marie and Stella; and two grandchild, April Todd and Calvin Williams
