HENDERSON-Hunter Lee Barnett, age 3, a resident of 370 Fawn Drive, died Wednesday, June 29, 2016.Born on April 24, 2013 in Vance County, he was the son of Justin Lee Barnett and Brittany Crawford Barnett of the home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3pm at J. M. White Funeral Home by the Rev. Ralph McGowan.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Ethan Lee Barnett and Noah Lee Barnett of the home: his maternal grandfather, Michael Edward Crawford of Bluefield, West Virginia; his paternal grandparents, Tanya Barnett of Henderson, Arnold Barnett, Jr. of Jefferson, GA, and Glenn Dement of Henderson; his maternal great grandparents, Mary Cristea of Henderson and Darrell Stiltner of Tazewell, VA; and his paternal great grandparents, John and Margaret Kearney and Regina Spain of Henderson.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Pamela Crawford; and his paternal grandfathers, Ernest Arnold Barnett, Sr. and James Hartwell Spain.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 7 until 8:30 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home of Glenn Dement and Tanya Barnett, 402 Finch Road, Henderson, NC.
Serving as active pall bearers will be David Heaton, Darrell Stiltner, Jr, Jordan Stiltner, Chris Stiltner, T. J. Spain, William "Billy" Spain.
