HENDERSON-James Richard Boone, 22, a resident of 2825 NC Hwy. 39 N died Friday, May 15, 2020 at Duke Medical Center.Born on September 14, 1997 in Granville County, he was the son of David Leon Boone and Melissa Duke of Henderson. A graveside funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Sunset Gardens by the Rev. Gary Harper.
He is survived by his wife, Monica Cash Boone of the home; one daughter, Elizabeth Nicole Boone of the home; his step-father, Billy Lawson of Henderson; three brothers, David Boone, Jr., Jarrett Faulkner, and Bobby Faulkner of Henderson; and his maternal grandmother, Shirley Duke of Henderson.He was preceded in death by one brother, Jamie Joe Boone.
