James Douglas Neathery

HENDERSON- James Douglas Neathery, 80, of Henderson died September 19, 2022 at his home. Born August 7, 1942 in Vance County, he was the son of the late Blanche and Brodie Neathery and the widower of Donna Puckett Neathery. He was a Veteran of the US Army and was a member of Island Creek Baptist Church. He retired from Revlon. No services are planned at this time. Doug is survived by his son, Michael Neathery of the home; and a sister, Donnie Lamberth and husband, Fred of Raleigh. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Frances Overby, Barbara Davis and Yvonne Phelps; and a brother, Farrell Neathery.
