James David Jamie St. George, age 48, a resident of 112 Jordan Lane died Sunday, May 8, 2011.Born on May 30, 1962 in Manawa Wisconsin, he was the son of the late Dolores Garrity and Howard St. George, and the husband of Brenda Meacham St. George.Mr. St. George was medically disabled and attended Westwood Pentecostal Holiness Church.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 2:00pm at Westwood Pentecostal Holiness Church by Reverend Cleveland Harrison and Mr. St. Georges nephew, Zach Riesland.Mr. St. George is survived by a son, Austin James St. George and a daughter, Jenna St. George, both of Riverside, California; one step son, Anthony Grissom of Oxford; four brothers, Dennis St. George, John St. George, Joe St. George of Riverside, California and Bill St. George of Las Vegas, Nevada; and six sisters, Mary Krieger of Alaska, Patty Davidson, Jennie Padgett, both of Oregon, Teresa Riesland of Henderson, Lisa Loewenstien and Liz Plunkett of California.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mike St. George.
The family will receive friends Thursday immediately following the service at the church.At other times they will be at the home, 112 Jordan Lane, Henderson, NC.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the James D. St. George Funeral Fund c/o J.M. White Funeral Home, 60 Zeb Robinson Road, Henderson 27536.
